The simple definition of coaching is that it is a vehicle to take you from where you are to where you want to be.
It is not therapy, counseling, or a course of instruction. It is a process of identifying – with a professional ally, a thinking partner – who and where you are now, who and what you want to become, and the steps to take to reach your destination, with a series of mutually-agreed accountabilities to help you make and keep commitments to yourself.
I tailor my services to each client. We start with an extensive Intake Document, Goals, Values, and a powerful visualization that over and over again I have seen help my clients connect with the best and highest part of themselves, whether they were physicists, scientists, engineers, CEOs, entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, or artists of any description.

Once it is clear we have achieved your goals, we have a completion session, after which I make on-going support available as needed.
If this sounds like what you’re looking for, complete the Coaching Self Test, then schedule a complimentary chat, so I can understand what would be useful to you. Depending on your circumstances and needs, I might then suggest an assessment, you might want to dip your toe in for three months (my minimum), or it may be clear that a year of executive coaching will serve you best.
Whatever you choose, as your coach I promise to ask tough questions, in service of you achieving your goals. I commit to becoming your “thinking partner”, ally, sounding board, and cheerleader. And together we will design an alliance for how to work in deep partnership, brainstorm new ideas, create a plan for achieving your goals, and keep you accountable for those pieces that you decide you want to achieve.
Why not go out on a limb? That’s where the fruit is. – Mark Twain
